SimplePractice is a leading SaaS platform for mental health professionals, serving 200K+ clinicians and millions of patients through practice management, EHR workflows, and professional education experiences.

The business needed to improve engagement, reduce activation friction, and identify scalable growth opportunities across its clinician learning platform and broader practice management ecosystem.
My Role
I owned product strategy and execution for the continuing education and learning experience, including product discovery, roadmap development, engagement features, subscription learning, and cross-platform onboarding.

My work included launching habit-forming platform features such as learning paths, notifications, and content discovery; designing SSO-based onboarding to reduce activation friction; and developing a 10x user growth strategy supported by learner research, product data, and strategic analysis.
