My Role

I led product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across Study Clubs, Faculty Club, Spear Events, Referrals, and Practice Intelligence. My work connected learner behavior, market evidence, CE requirements, community dynamics, and revenue goals into a multi-year product strategy.

I launched an integrated scheduling, live meeting, and community platform that improved renewal rates by 28% and contributed $9M+ in ARR growth.
