Pearson Realize is a large-scale K–12 learning management platform serving 40M+ users across 10K+ school districts.

I led product optimization across four agile scrum teams and four product lines, managing backlog prioritization, sprint planning, root cause analysis, stakeholder alignment, and district-facing product improvements.
